We may collect account information such as your name, email address, company details, billing details, and the content you submit while using DevHunt, including search prompts, uploaded files, bookmarks, outreach drafts, and calendar booking preferences.

How we use information

We use information to provide the DevHunt product, improve search and ranking quality, support outreach and scheduling workflows, maintain account security, process billing, and communicate important service updates.

Google integrations

If you choose to connect Google services, DevHunt may access Gmail and Google Calendar data only to support product features you request, such as email outreach and booking workflows. We use that access only for the functionality you enable inside the product.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers that help operate DevHunt, including hosting, analytics, payments, authentication, email, and infrastructure vendors, only as needed to run the service.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request account updates or deletion by contacting us. You can also disconnect connected providers and stop using the service at any time.
